Turner Prize winning artist Grayson Perry provides his insight into Class, Taste, Art and me.

Culture provides the fleetest transport for class mobility. Artists, collectors and audiences all enjoy the swanking it and the slumming it.

We like to think we are all individuals, especially the cultured middle classes. 'Cutting Edge' artists must be the most individual of all! Surely the tribal rules and rituals of the rest of society don't apply to the crazy creative types.

Are ideas seen as classier than skills?

Money versus academe, who has the best taste?
