Sussex, richly associated with 20th century art and crafts, provided a creative haven for many artists. This 3-day trip will visit Charleston Farmhouse where Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell set up home and entertained their friends from the Bloomsbury Group, and Ditchling where charismatic and controversial sculptor, printmaker and typographer Eric Gill lived and founded a community of like-minded makers.
