Yorkshire-based painter Clive Head has exhibited internationally, most recently with a solo show From Victoria to Arcadia at the Dulwich Picture Gallery, and at the National Gallery where his three cityscapes, shown alongside those of Canaletto, drew record crowds. His critically acclaimed, complex and detailed hyper-realism shows a spatial complexity which has been compared to a movie camera panning across a scene.

Clive's studio near Filey is not usually open to visitors so this is a priviledged opportunity to meet this remarkable artist and see his work at close quarters.

The coach will pick up at Leeds Railway Station (10am), Kirkstall Abbey (10.20am) and Wetherby Mercure Hotel (11am) to arrive for lunch at 12.30. The studio visit will follow, and tea will be served in the artist's garden (weather permitting). We aim to be back in Leeds by 6pm.

The cost is £29 per person which includes transport, studio visit and tea, but not lunch. Numbers are strictly limited. To reserve places please complete the downloadable booking form.
